Ace Pillar's Unit Ordered to Pay 3 Million Yuan in Sales Contract Dispute
Ace Pillar's (TPE:8374) subsidiary, Tianjin Ace Pillar, was ordered by the Shanghai Qingpu District People's Court to pay Shanghai Wubei Trading around 2.7 million yuan in outstanding purchase payments and overdue payment losses.The case arose from sales contract dispute between the two parties, according to a Thursday Taiwan bourse filing.The unit's deposits of 2.7 million yuan were previously subject to provisional seizure ordered by the court in March.
