Nan Ya Plastics to Lease Property from Nan Ya Printed Circuit for NT$65 Million
Nan Ya Plastics (TPE:1303) board approved the acquisition of a right-of-use asset worth NT$64.8 million from affiliated company Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board (TPE:8046).The asset covers 2,080 ping of a partial plant on the third floor of a building in Shulin District, New Taipei City. Nan Ya Plastics will pay NT$1.2 million per month under the lease.The lease will run from Oct. 1, 2026, to Sept. 30, 2031, it said.
