Topoint Technology's (TPE:8021) board approved the issuance of NT$480 million of its third domestic unsecured convertible bonds, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.The debt securitues will a five-year term and a 0% coupon rate. The bonds will have a face value of NT$100,000 each and be issued through a competitive auction.The company will use the proceeds to fund factory facilities, equipment and employee dormitories, it said.
