Infinite Finance Unit Signs Syndicated Loan Agreement Worth NT$1.8 Billion; Shares Gain 3%
Infinite Finance (TPE:6958) unit Infinite Auto Leasing has approved entering into a three-year syndicated loan agreement worth NT$1.8 billion, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares gained over 3% in Thursday's midday trade.The credit facility will be arranged by a banking syndicate led by Bank of Taiwan.The loan will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, it said.
