Skytech to Issue Up to NT$800 Million Bonds
Skytech (TPE:6937) plans to issue up to NT$800 million of three-year domestic unsecured convertible bonds, according to a Tuesday filing.The zero-coupon bonds, having a face value of NT$100,000 each, will be offered through a competitive auction.Proceeds will be used to fund working capital and repay bank loans, with Yuanta Securities acting as underwriter.
