Vetnostrum Animal Health Appoints Accounting Officer, Financial Officer
Vetnostrum Animal Health (TPE:6936) has appointed Tsai Wan-Ting as the company's accounting officer, financial officer and acting spokesperson, according to a Friday filing on the Taiwan bourse.Tsai previously served as acting supervisor of the auditing office.Tsai takes over from Chen Yi-Fen, who stepped down due to a position adjustment.The chief internal auditor will be announced after approval by the audit committee and the board of directors at a later date.The company's shares were down nearly 1% in Monday's trade.
