Boretech Resource Recovery's Subsidiary Appoints Chairman
Boretech Resource Recovery Engineering (TPE:6887) has appointed Lin Jiung-Hwa as the chairman of its subsidiary Zhejiang Boretech Environmental Engineering, with effect from Thursday, according to a same-day filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.The company's shares were up nearly 2% in Friday's trade.Lin Jiung-Hwa was earlier the chief executive officer of Zhejiang Boretech, and now takes over from Ou Che-Wen, who retired from the position after the expiration of his term.
