Ever Ohms Board Approves Revised Plan for 10 Million Share Offering
Ever Ohms Technology (TPE:6834) board approved an amended plan to raise capital through the issuance of up to 10 million new shares, revising a proposal approved in May.The company said the issue price will be determined after regulatory approval, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Of the total new shares, 10% will be reserved for employees, 10% will be offered through public underwriting, and the remaining 80% will be allocated to existing shareholders.Proceeds from the share sale will be used to replenish working capital and repay bank loans, replacing the previous plan to use the funds solely for debt repayment.
