Advanced Energy Solution Unit Revises Scope of Lease Deal with Related Party
Advanced Energy Solution (TPE:6781) unit Trend Energy Technology has revised the scope of a lease with related party Simplo Technology, reducing the leased area and monthly rent, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Under the revised deal, effective from Aug. 1 to Dec. 31, the leased space will decrease to 1,271.87 ping from 1,407.99 ping. The monthly rent will fall to NT$826,716 from NT$915,194, but the unit price will remain unchanged at NT$650 per ping.Trend Energy Technology said the lease is for operational purposes.
