Depo Auto Parts' Unit Renews Lease on California Property
Depo Auto Parts' (TPE:6605) subsidiary, Maxzone Vehicle Lighting, acquired the right-of-use for land and a building from Bally Development in California, U.S., according to a Friday Taiwan bourse filing.The transaction covers 228,829 square feet, with a monthly rent of $233,406.The lease runs till June 30, 2032, the automotive lighting and parts maker said.
