CMC Magnetics Buys Stake in Two Firms Worth Combined NT$612 Million
CMC Magnetics (TPE:2323) acquired shares worth a combined NT$612 million in EZconn (TPE:6442), and Taiwan High Speed Rail (PE:2633), according to Monday filings.The company bought 193,000 EZconn shares for NT$307.3 million at an average NT$1,592.1 each, between Sept. 8 and Sept. 21.Meanwhile, it also bought 11.75 million Taiwan High Speed Rail shares for NT$304.7 million at an average NT$25.9 each.The shares were purchased for portfolio management, the filing said.
