Dafeng TV Unit Signs Undertaking With DADA Broadband, New-Kaohsiung Broadband
Dafeng TV (TPE:6184) unit DigiTai TV signed a letter of undertaking with DADA Broadband, and New-Kaohsiung Broadband, to support the future operational stability of the two companies.DigiTai TV agreed not to unilaterally terminate its Network Service Business Agreement within 10 years, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange filing Thursday.
