Acter Group Corporation Fixes Conversion Price for Third Domestic Unsecured Convertible Bond Issue
Acter Group Corporation (TPE:5536) has fixed the conversion price of its third domestic unsecured convertible bond at NT$1,158.0 per share with a conversion premium rate at 104.8%, according to a Tuesday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.The bond issue was filed and effective through the Financial Supervisory Commission on July 17, and the record date for the conversion price is Tuesday.
