ASE Technology Signs Facility Engineering Deals Worth NT$1.1 Billion
ASE Technology (TPE:3711) Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) has signed facility engineering contracts with Acter (TPE:5536) worth NT$581.9 million.The contracts run from Aug. 10, 2026, through June 30, 2029, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.According to a separate same-day filing, SPIL has signed a NT$507.2 million facility engineering contract with Chung Yuang Electrical Consulting.The contract covers the period from Aug. 10, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2027, the semiconductor packaging and test manufacturing company said.The deals and are intended to support SPIL's production and operations.
