HannStar Board Completes Shares Repurchase for NT$141.5 Million
HannStar Board (TPE:5469) completed its repurchase of 2 million shares for NT$141.5 million, according to a Wednesday Stock Exchange filing.The company repurchased the shares between July 31 and Aug. 19, earlier than the originally scheduled end date of Sept. 29.The average repurchase price was NT$70.7 per share, within the approved range of NT$62 to NT$74.Following the repurchase, HannStar Board held 2.2 million of its own shares, equivalent to 0.46% of its issued shares.
