Sercomm Subsidiary Faces Patent Infringement Suit from Huawei Technologies in Europe
Sercomm (TPE:5388) said its German unit, Sercomm Deutschland, has been sued by Huawei Technologies over alleged patent infringement involving certain products sold in Germany and other European markets.Sercomm confirmed it has engaged international patent counsel to defend its position, according to a Sunday Taiwan Exchange filing.The company said the impact on its financials and operations is expected to be minimal.
