CyberLink's Unit to Terminate Consortium Agreement
CyberLink's (TPE:5203) subsidiary, CyberLink International Technology, will terminate a consortium agreement with director Alice Chang, according to a Friday filing with the Taipei Exchange.The termination will clear the way for Chang to become the sole acquirer in the proposed privatization of Perfect Corp., the filing said.CyberLink International Technology has a 36.29% stake in NYSE-listed Perfect Corp., and will keep the stake, along with signing a voting and support agreement for Chang's proposal to facilitate the delisting.
