LCY Technology Completes NT$2.1 Billion Cash Capital Increase
LCY Technology (TPE:4989) received full payment for its cash capital increase, raising NT$2.1 billion, by issuing 35 million common shares at NT$60 per share.The company expects the payment certificates for the new shares to begin trading on Aug. 3, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
