Tainergy Tech Unit Extends Payment Deadline for Capital Increase Subscription; Shares Gain 3%
Tainergy Tech (TPE:4934) unit TAISIC Materials has issued a capital call after several shareholders and employees failed to complete payment for a 2026 cash capital increase by the June 22 deadline, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares rose 3% in recent trade.The company has set a new payment window from June 23 to July 23 at 3:30 p.m.Investors who do not settle their subscription payments within the extended period will forfeit their rights, the tech firm said.
