Nuvoton Technology Unit Signs 40 Billion Yen Syndicated Loan Deal
Nuvoton Technology's (TPE:4919) Japanese unit, Nuvoton Technology Corp. Japan, signed a 40 billion yen syndicated loan agreement with CTBC Bank and other participating banks.The loan has a five-year term from the date of first drawdown, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.Funds will be used to repay current liabilities and strengthen working capital.
