Far EasTone Logs NT$3.7 Billion in Q1 Profit
Far EasTone Telecommunications (TPE:4904) reported profit attributable to owners of NT$3.71 billion, or NT$1.03 per basic share, in the first quarter, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares gained about 1% in Friday's early afternoon trade.Operating revenue amounted to NT$27.8 billion, the filing stated. The telco did not provide comparative year-ago figures.
