Double Bond Chemical Ind (TPE:4764) set the conversion price for its second domestic secured convertible bond issue at NT$336.8 per share, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.The issue price was determined using a base share price of NT$330.10, calculated as the average closing price over the previous five business days, representing a 102% premium.The company's second convertible bond issue was declared effective by Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission on July 8.
