World Known MFG (Cayman) to Inject NT188 Million in Unit
World Known MFG (Cayman) (TPE:4581) board approved a NT$188 million cash capital increase for its unit, World Known Precision Industry (WKPT).The investment will be made through the subscription of 18.8 million new shares at NT$10 each, and completed in stages within one year, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.The company will use the funds to meet financing needs for its new plant in Machouhou, Taiwan.
