Taiwan Chelic's (TPE:4555) subsidiary, Smart Technology Investment, resolved to distribute cash dividends of $212,794, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The hydraulic equipment and parts maker made the disclosure on the behalf of its unit.
