Dynamic Electronics Parent OKs Hong Kong Listing Proposal
Dynamic Electronics (SHA:603175) said indirect controlling shareholder Dynamic (TPE:3715) has approved the company's H-share listing on Hong Kong's main Board.The printed circuit board maker said its proposed Hong Kong listing is subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of Dynamic Electronics rose nearly 1%, while Dynamic shares fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
