BASiC Semiconductor, Episil Technologies Expand Cooperation on SiC Wafer Development
BASiC Semiconductor (HKG:9971) entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Episil Technologies (TPE:3707), according to a Hong Kong bourse filing.Under the contract, the parties will build upon their long-standing cooperation to expedite the development and mass production of 8-inch silicon carbide (SiC) wafers.The companies will also conduct research on core process and application technologies for novel compound semiconductors in frontier application areas.
