Continental Unit Leases Office Space in Taipei, Taiwan
Continental (TPE:3703) unit North Shore Environment will lease office space in Taipei, Taiwan, from affiliated company Continental Engineering, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.The lease covers an area of 176 ping, with a right-of-use asset value of NT$30.8 million.The lease term runs from July 1, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2031, with monthly rental payments.The office space will be used for business operations, it said.
