Bizlink to Acquire Interplex's Data Communication Business for Up to $900 Million
Bizlink (TPE:3665) approved the acquisition of the data communication business of Interplex Group in a deal valued at up to $900 million, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The transaction includes full ownership of multiple Interplex units across Singapore, China and Vietnam and is expected to strengthen BizLink's position in data center connectivity and precision manufacturing.The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions, it said.
