Machvision OKs Public Issue, Listing of Private Placement Shares; Shares Down 5%
Machvision (TPE:3563) approved the public issuance and listing of shares previously issued through a private placement, after the expiration of a three-year lock-up period.The shares were issued on July 26, 2023, and became eligible for listing after the lock-up period ended on July 26, 2026, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The company said it will apply for the supplementary issuance and listing of the shares in accordance with applicable regulations.Shares of the machine vision inspection systems provider were down 5% in recent trade.
