Wha Yu Industrial Appoints Fu-Yi Tsao as CFO
Wha Yu Industrial Co (TPE:3419) has appointed Fu-Yi Tsao as chief financial officer, financial officer, accounting officer, and corporate governance officer, with effect from Sept. 1, according to a Friday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.She will step down from her position as general manager after the expiration of her term, the company said.
