G-Tech Optoelectronics Chairman Indicted
G-Tech Optoelectronics (TPE:3149) Chairman Hsu Ting-Zhen has been indicted by the Taiwan Taichung District Prosecutors' Office following investigations over undisclosed matters.The company said Hsu disputes the allegations, which he claims are "severely inconsistent with the facts," and has retained attorneys to handle the matter.G-Tech Optoelectronics said the case relates to matters unrelated to the company and is expected to have no material impact on its finances or business operations.
