CMC Magnetics Buys Stakes in Nanya Technology, LandMark Optoelectronics
CMC Magnetics (TPE:2323) acquired shares in Nanya Technology (TPE:2408) and LandMark Optoelectronics (TPE:3081) for a combined NT$693.4 million as part of its portfolio management.The Taiwan-listed storage media manufacturer bought 741,000 Nanya Technology shares for NT$358.5 million on the same day as the Wednesday filing. It also acquired 156,000 LandMark Optoelectronics shares for NT$334.9 million between July 21 and Aug. 19.
