Sinbon Electronics Sells Entire Stake in Dynahz Technologies for NT$596 Million
Sinbon Electronics (TPE:3023) board approved the sale of its entire stake in Dynahz Technologies to Universal Microwave Technology for about NT$595.9 million.The company will sell 2.77 million common shares at NT$215 apiece, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.Following the transaction, Sinbon will no longer hold any shares in Dynahz Technologies.
