Wah Lee Industrial Unit to Absorb Two Sister Companies
Wah Lee Industrial (TPE:3010) unit Evergreen New Energy will merge with its two units, Fansheng Development and Fanxin Development, on Sept. 30.After the merger, Fansheng Development and Fanxin Development will cease to exist as separate companies, while Evergreen New Energy will continue operating under its existing name, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Stock Exchange filing.The absorption-type merger will integrate the businesses, improving operational efficiency and enhancing competitiveness, the company said.All three companies operate in the renewable energy and self-use power generation equipment industry.
