Collins to Cut Conversion Price of Bonds
Collins (TPE:2906) will slash the conversion price of certain convertible bonds to NT$16 per common share from NT$16.8 on July 28.The move comes due to the household consumer and apparel product exporter's planned dividend distribution, according to a Wednesday Taiwan bourse filing.
