Entie Commercial Bank OKs Up to NT$3 Billion Debt Issue
Entie Commercial Bank (TPE:2849) board approved plans to issue up to NT$3 billion of subordinated financial debentures.The bonds will have a seven to 10-year maturity, and will be issued at 100% of face value, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.The lender will determine the coupon rate later. Proceeds will be used to support lending growth, strengthen the bank's capital structure and improve its capital adequacy ratio.
