Ruentex Development Sells Yucheng Plaza to KGI Life
Ruentex Development's (TPE:9945) subsidiary Ruentex Innovative Development agreed to sell Yucheng Plaza in Taipei's Nangang District to KGI Life Insurance (TPE:2823) for NT$20.2 billion.The property includes 5,289 square meters of land and 68,035 square meters of building space, including parking, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.Ruentex plans to simultaneously enter into an agreement to lease back part of the property. Nvidia is the building's anchor tenant, leasing 15 floors, according to media reports.
