Wan Hai Lines Unit Extends Lease Deal With Shenzhen Uniwin International Logistics
Wan Hai Lines' (TPE:2615) Hong Kong unit has extended the lease agreement for office space in Guangzhou with related party Shenzhen Uniwin International Logistics, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares gained about 1% in Thursday's midday trade.The lease covers a 10-square-meter office unit and has been extended for 60 months, with a total transaction value of about NT$218,440.
