Kuo Yang Construction Signs Engineering Contract Worth NT$3.49 Billion
Kuo Yang Construction (TPE:2505), also known as Kuo Yang Development, has entered into an electromechanical engineering contract worth NT$3.49 billion for 23 plots of land in New Taipei, Taiwan, according to a Wednesday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.The contract with Junjie Construction Engineering covers plots including No. 350-2, Zhongyi Section, to construct factory office buildings for sale.An operating license for the project needs to be obtained within 1,390 calendar days from approval of the survey and layout, the company said.
