G Shank Enterprise (TPE:2476) adjusted its cash dividend and capital surplus cash distribution to NT$1.49 per share each from NT$1.50 per share, while keeping the total payout for each distribution unchanged at NT$327.12 million.The company said the adjustment was made after the number of outstanding shares increased due to conversions of its second unsecured convertible bonds and the exercise of employee stock warrants.According to a separate same-day filing, the company will also trim the conversion price of its second domestic unsecured convertible bonds to NT$64.8 from NT$66.5, following its cash dividend distribution.
