Tatung's Unit to Acquire Solar Power Equipment Worth NT$302 Million
Tatung's (TPE:2371) subsidiary, Ting Shin Energy, agreed to acquire solar power generation equipment and engineering works for NT$302 million, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The equipment will be purchased from Tatung Forever Energy, a related party that wholly owns Ting Shin.The purchase will allow the company's long-term business development and leverage its expertise in solar power projects.
