Automotive stamping dies manufacturer Horng Shiue Holding (TPE:2243), through its subsidiary, has acquired a 100% stake in Z Base Technology for NT$400 million, according to a Wednesday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.The company's shares were up over 4% in Thursday's trade.Under the pact, Horng Shiue acquired 5 million ordinary shares of Z Base at the rate of NT$80 each.
