Turvo International Clarifies Report of GM returning to Board

Turvo International (TPE:2233) clarified that it has not publicly released or confirmed media reports that General Manager Tsai Ming-Tung will return to the company's board of directors.The clarification came in response to a June 29 report by Taiwan's Central News Agency, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The precision metal parts said any material personnel changes will be disclosed through the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
