TSRC's Singapore Unit Extends NT$643 Million Loan to US Affiliate
TSRC's (TPE:2103) Singapore subsidiary, Polybus Corp. extended a new loan of NT$643.4 million to TSRC Specialty Materials, a stepdown subsidiary, according to a Friday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The loan carries at a secured overnight financing rate plus 1.1% and is repayable two years from the drawdown rate. The funds will be used for the US unit's working capital needs, against a lending limit of NT$7.33 billion.Additionally, a $10 million loan agreement between the two units dated Oct. 25, 2024 was mutually terminated.
