Tycoons Unit to Buy NT$332 Million New Taipei Land
Tycoons Group Enterprise (TPE:2022) unit Tycoons Construction agreed to acquire 2,154.57 square meters of land in New Taipei, Taiwan, for NT$332.4 million.The land, equivalent to 651.76 ping, will be acquired from an unaffiliated individual, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.Tycoons Group said the acquisition is intended to increase operating income.
