Eternal Materials Completes NT$600 Million Capital Increase
Eternal Materials (TPE:1717) has fully collected all proceeds from its cash capital increase totaling NT$600 million, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The company issued 12 million common shares at NT$50 per share, with the record date set for July 22.The payment certificates for the new shares are expected to be listed on July 27, the specialty chemical company said.
