Everlight Chemical Plans Cash Capital Increase Via Share Issue
Everlight Chemical Industrial (TPE:1711) board approved a cash capital increase involving the issuance of up to 50 million new shares.The shares will have a par value of NT$10 each, while the final issue price and total funds raised will be determined later, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.The company plans to use the proceeds to add electronic chemical production lines, and construct hazardous-materials cold-storage warehouses.
