Ta Ya Electric Wire Leases Office Space to Subsidiary
Union Storage Energy System, a subsidiary of Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable Co (TPE:1609), has agreed to lease an office in New Taipei City from the parent company, according to a Thursday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.The office will be leased from Oct. 1 through April 30, 2031, for NT$323,250 per month, excluding taxes.The total transaction value for the right-of-use asset is estimated at around NT$16.9 million.The company said the lease is for operational office use and was selected based on overall business planning.
