Falcon Power to Reduce Capital By NT$100 Million
Falcon Power (TPE:1516) will reduce its capital by NT$100 million and cancel 10 million shares, representing a 24.995% capital reduction, according to a Monday filing.The move will offset accumulated losses and strengthen its financial structure.Following the reduction, the company's issued shares will fall to 30 million from 40 million, with paid-in capital decreasing to NT$300.1 million from NT$400.1 million.The last trading day for the shares subject to the reduction is Oct. 15, with the new shares expected to be issued and listed on Oct. 27, subject to Taiwan Stock Exchange approval.
