I-Hwa Industrial Board Approves NT$261 Million Construction Contract
I-Hwa Industrial's (TPE:1456) board approved a NT$260.9 million contract for the construction and utility works of a new building project in Tainan, awarding it to Xinyi Construction, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The contract will cover building, water and electricity works across 45 plots of land.Buildings and houses will be constructed for sale to generate development profits, the real estate developer said.
