Lealea Enterprise Terminates Rooftop Lease Deal Early
Lealea Enterprise (TPE:1444) has decided to partially terminate a rooftop lease agreement early, following the sale of a rooftop solar power plant to affiliated company Li Peng Enterprise, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The partial lease termination covers rooftop areas at two buildings in Taoyuan, Taiwan.The original lease, which ran from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2040, will be partially terminated effective Aug. 1, 2026.The company expects to record a disposal gain of about NT$103,630 from the transaction, it said.
